Leaders KAIZEN 1. Prerequisites KCM301.1. This course helps managers in building and reinforcing a CI culture within their management team. The focus is on mapping growth and QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) opportunities within the organization as well as monitoring the implementation over time. The course uses case studies to help trainees in recognizing benefits and challenges in practical situations.

Goals

Understand the Value Stream Selection and Value Stream Mapping process. Enumerate the main tools of the communication cell. Understand the process of Check and Countermeasure Process to Achieve better Strategy execution.
